My clients and me - it’s a mutual love-fest.
Wowowowowow! I feel good! And the reason? Well, I love coaching, it’s such fun. But there’s one thing that really drives it home to me what a worthwhile and exciting profession this is, and that’s knowing that my clients really benefit from our work together. I get such a warm glow from knowing that my clients are turning their lives around and creating new healthier habits and beliefs that will last them a lifetime. Sometimes, after a session, I am so hyped up with energy and excitement that I race around the coffee table in my living room going “Oh my god, that was so great!”
Since I started Recharge with Revamp, a number of lovely clients have passed through my hallowed halls (by which I mean the earpiece of my phone), and now the testimonials have started flooding in. It does my heart glad to read them, and over the next few weeks I’m going to start posting them to my blog so everyone can see how fantastically beneficial coaching can be in so many life areas.
Today’s corker comes from the very lovely ML from Kansas, USA. Take it away, ML…
Two Thumbs Up for Abi
“Organize my life.” Talk about impossible goals — this needs to be at the top of the list. But as impossible as it seemed, I knew I needed to do it, so, I figured some help was in order. When I heard Abi was offering Life Coaching sessions, it seemed like just what I needed and I jumped at the chance. It turned out to be one of the smartest moves I’ve ever made.
Abi takes her coaching duties serious. She doesn’t preach, she doesn’t judge, she doesn’t boss, but she does make you think and make you work. The most important thing she did was motivate me — and/or help me to find motivation inside myself. As much as I wanted to get organized, change is hard, especially when you’ve been doing things the same way for almost 50 years. It would have been very easy to just “forget it” and go back to the way things were. But Abi kept me moving forward with questions, ideas, resources, writing exercises, and yet even more questions. And whenever I had trouble coming up with an answer to a question or doing an exercise, she gently prodded until I finally “got it”.
It’s going to take some time to get myself completely organized - after all, Rome wasn’t built in a day and this is an even harder task. I have, however, made fantastic progress and, I don’t plan on stopping until I’m ”there”. It’s great to know that Abi is an e-mail or a Skype call away whenever I have a question, feel like I’m stumbling, or simply need a little more motivation. If you need a jump-start in any area of your life, I highly recommend you talk to Abi.

Isn’t that lovely? ML’s old limiting belief that she was a naturally disorganised person had been holding her back for years, but no more. She’s kicked that theory right out of the water and is now planning the Cinco de Mayo party of the century - dancing space aplently in her super-organised house!
I am stoked to have had the opportunity to help ML kick her life into fifth gear. What could I do for you? My Recharge with Revamp course is still going like the clappers, so drop me a line and let me know.
